Over a two-year period, John also led the marketing procurement function at a Big 4 Consulting Firm, where he was also a key contributor to a major enterprise-wide transformation programme aimed at restructuring the organisation
He has designed procurement and marketing operating models, optimised workflows,
and developed tiered service provider panels, enabling clients to reduce costs,
enhance value, manage risks, and improve supplier performance
John collaborates closely with both clients and service providers to streamline processes, to ensure high-quality work is produced efficiently
His goal is to foster stronger partnerships, deliver fair value for money return,
and through benchmarking measure and maintain competitive costs
Additionally, he has led and supported marketing and procurement teams in sourcing
and selecting the right agencies/suppliers, managing RFP and pitch processes,
